as i stated in my emails to the company if someone would call me, and i provided my cell phone and business phone numbers, we may be able to resolve this. no one has contacted me by email or phone. we contacted mr c***** 2 weeks ago and he stated someone would contact me in the same week. i contacted the company by email and the only response was that it would be handled on site, but after explaining what had happened the only response we received was to find out the location of the car wash. we never heard anything from the supervisor. i contacted the manager of the car wash-cammeron c*****- and he stated he would contact his supervisor. he put crash wrap on the vehicle and advised not to drive. the technician at the body shop stated that the damage was probably due to the calibration from the large pickup in front of her car. my wife called me and i told her to take the car to a local body shop. he could not explain why the rails had been broken off.
she advised the manager but he claimed the roof was already cracked. the rails on top of her vehicle were broken off and as she exited the car wash she noticed the sunroof was cracked. as she proceeded through the car wash she heard a loud noise. the vehicle preceding her car was a large pickup. on the above date she went to have her 2015 ford edge washed. my wife had been paying a monthly fee of 24.99 per month to the car wash for about 3 years.
